Our client is a prestigous and top Ranking global law firm US Headquarters based in Washington DC. Our strategic communications search practiceis actively recruiting a Director/Sr. Director for Employee Engagement and Internal Communications. This position can be based in Washington DC or New York.
Ideal candidate will be reponsible for developing and implementing strategic communications programs in supporting how the firm engages and commuinicates with Partners globally.
Must be a strategic thinker and hands-on facilitator. The successful candidate will be working closely with the key leadership and Partners in the company on engagement and efficiently communicate and present sophisticated and innovated programs. Cross-border experience and international awareness is essential. WIll be responsible for managing team of 3 in a remote setting.
Knowledge of the digital and social media outlets.
