Murray Managing Director Melissa Cedeno Associate Melissa Cedeno joined the Hechkoff Executive Search team in 2008, and brings more than 15 years of search industry experience. Since joining the firm, Melissa has been responsible for leading and maintaining our in-house research capabilities, as well as managing our internal candidate and client database. Prior to joining Hechkoff Executive Search, Melissa held roles of increasing responsibility at Major, Lindsey & Africa, a global legal retained executive search firm. She began as Marketing and Research Administrative Assistant for the New York office and then was promoted to Knowledge Manager of the London office, where she was responsible for research, marketing and administrative support for this start up office of the firm. Melissa received her B.A. from the University at Albany, State University of New York in 2000, with a major in English and minors in Urban Education and Latin Caribbean Studies.
